Data Integration Sales Representative

A virtual company with 18 employees in 5 states, LyntonWeb is a growing HubSpot agency serving small and midsize businesses with inbound marketing and integration services. We are seeking an integration sales representative to grow our team and provide outstanding consultative salesmanship to our prospects. As our customer base grows and we prepare to launch a SaaS integration product, we need a nimble and fast-learning individual to join our sales team and play a key role in our customer success organization. Goals and benchmarks will be set around closing deals, customer happiness,and upgrades. We are looking for candidates anywhere in the US with experience working remotely.


As an Data Integration Sales Representative…


You will:

  • Demonstrate our integration managed service to prospects and understand their integration needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and expert on the popular CRM systems, marketing automation integration concepts, and best practices
  • Draft and send agreements to prospects
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for scale and growth
  • Maintain a revenue base by closing deals and offering upgrades during the sales process
  • Follow up on highly qualified opportunities
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline within our company CRM
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business opportunities
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
  • You WON’T be cold calling; you will only engage with quality, inbound, qualified leads.


You have:

  • Experience in a sales role that produces and exceeds goals consistently
  • Experience working with HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM or marketing systems
  • Strong ability to demo and deliver excellent technically based customer presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead independently and adapt your style to rapid organizational and platform change
  • Prior experience working in sales or marketing teams and working with business end-users
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • A high commitment to customer satisfaction, which is essential for success in this role
  • Phenomenal organizational skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working remotely



  • Inbound marketing knowledge
  • Fluency in other languages
