Data Integration Support Engineer

We find inspiration throughout the United States. It keeps our creative juices flowing and lets us constantly introduce our clients to new and innovative web designs and marketing solutions.

This role is somewhat unique.  It will encompass pre and post-sales support, a touch of architecting data integration design, and client on-boarding. We are seeking a support engineer to grow our team and provide outstanding support to our customers. As our customer base grows and we prepare to launch a SaaS integration product, we need a nimble and fast-learning rockstar to join our support team and play a key role in our customer success organization. Goals and benchmarks will be set around support response time, customer happiness, retention, and upgrades. We are looking for candidates anywhere in the US with experience working remotely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

  • Provide technical advice and support to end users relating to their integrations.
  • Documenting customer issues and creating knowledge base articles.
  • Assist where appropriate with the adding of field mappings and logic changes.
  • Customer experience management.
  • Onboarding clients
  • Attending sales calls to assist in requirements gathering and solution feasibility determination

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES

  • Great attitude

  • Independent, fast learner, and self-starter
  • 3+ years’ experience in technical/customer support working with all types of users (technical, non-technical, end user to director level and above)
  • 2+ years’ experience with 1 or more of the following CRMs: Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Salesforce, SugarCRM at an admin/DBA level
  • Ability to work remotely (and experience)
  • Stellar communications skills
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of cloud applications and a willingness to quickly learn new systems.

Bonus Points:

  • Inbound marketing experience/certification
  • Coding experience/ability to follow program logic
  • Ability to read/create/modify Excel like formulas
  • Experience with relational databases, including SQL queries, database design, relationships and design practices.
  • Experience with Scribe
  • HubSpot Experience
  • Strong SaaS business acumen
  • Fluency in other languages
