This role is somewhat unique. It will encompass pre and post-sales support, a touch of architecting data integration design, and client on-boarding. We are seeking a support engineer to grow our team and provide outstanding support to our customers. As our customer base grows and we prepare to launch a SaaS integration product, we need a nimble and fast-learning rockstar to join our support team and play a key role in our customer success organization. Goals and benchmarks will be set around support response time, customer happiness, retention, and upgrades. We are looking for candidates anywhere in the US with experience working remotely.
